BUYING YOUR THEME
How can I pay for my theme?
We use Paypal as our payment portal. You have the option to pay with your Paypal account or with a credit card.
Do you accept e-checks?
E-check payments have been blocked due to the digital nature of our products, and the automated download system that is in place on our site.
What are your billing and invoicing methods?
Individual project payments are due in two parts: the first half payment is due upon booking, while the second half of the payment is delivered upon project completion, before any final files are delivered.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. Please be 100% sure of your choice before purchasing your theme. If you have any questions regarding the theme, please send any questions you may have here.
I bought a template and wasn’t able to download my files.
After successful payment, you will receive an email with your order confirmation as well as the appropriate download files. If you want to download your theme files manually, after entering your PayPal payment, click on the link “Return to LA LUCE Design Store”.
We ask that you wait for the download to start automatically, then download your files. If your automatic download doesn’t start, or if you did not receive the order confirmation email, please contact our support team for your files.
Do you offer theme customizations?
We do! We offer customization on all of our premade themes, and can develop 100% custom themes made just for you. Contact our support team more details and pricing.
Can I remove the footer credits?
When you purchase one of our themes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which states that you may not remove the credits, unless you pay a fee of $500. If you want to remove them, please contact us so we can process your request and payment.
How do I install my theme?
Once your payment has cleared at checkout, you will receive your theme files, along with detailed instructions of how to install.
Can you install my theme for me?
Of course! Just purchase the theme installation add on from our shop and we’ll do all of the work for you.
Do you offer support?
For basic support regarding your theme, such as: theme installation / setup and general bug fixes please contact our support team.
Please note, that we do not offer support for third party plugins, or any errors caused through customizations made by the client. In the case of client error, LA LUCE Design charges a $50 hourly rate to fix the issues.
Do you have office hours?
Our established office hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday – Sunday 9am – 12pm. We typically respond to emails anywhere from 24 hours to 72 business hours after receipt.
Can I use the theme on multiple sites?
Our themes issue a single license for a single product. You may only use the theme you’ve purchased on a single site. If you want to use the theme on multiple sites, please purchase additional copies.
Where can I use this theme?
Our themes are compatible only on self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Our themes are not compatible with other platforms such as WordPress.com, Blogger, Tumblr or Squarespace. If you have any questions about self-hosting, you can contact our support team.
